CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR (REF. : LCX)

Responsibilities:

  • To supervise a team of customer service staff and provide on-the-job training & coaching to them
  • To handle enquiries and complaints from shoppers / tourists in a professional manner
  • To plan and administer daily manpower arrangement
  • To perform other administrative duties as assigned
  • Shift duty will be required

Requirements:

  • Passionate in retail and hospitality work
  • Customer-oriented, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, responsible and positive
  • F. 5 / DSE / Diploma or above preferably in Hospitality / Travel / Business-related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or hospitality of which at least 2 years in supervisory role
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
