Gradual recovery of local consumption is supporting sales activities at Times Square, yet retailers remain cautious in expansion and some consolidate in Hong Kong. Curation of the irresistible marketing programmes and enticing fresh experience started to bear fruit. Tenants sales growth at Times Square turned positive since the last quarter of 2020 and outperformed the market for three consecutive quarters.

Times Square continues to be proactive in sales-driven marketing initiatives. In particular, the spending reward scheme and shopping surprise offers have proven to be successful. On top of theme-based promotions, the mall also formed innovative collaborations to create a lineup of exhibitions and character-themed events, which aim to draw footfall and reinforce brand awareness.
